Drawn by a star and stirred by mystery, the Magi traveled far to find the newborn King, while Herod, threatened by pride, resisted His reign. We’re invited to see ourselves in both responses: to lay down our need for control and follow God’s leading with humility and worship. The light that guided the Magi still shines today, drawing hearts toward surrender and awe. This Advent, may we follow where it leads, bringing what we have in worship to the One who is still worthy of our wonder.
