Advent doesn’t end with Christmas morning; it calls us to live in the tension between promise and fulfillment. We are a people of expectation, waiting not passively, but purposefully for Christ’s return. Like the generations who longed for His first coming, we serve, love, and give as we await His second. Every act of compassion becomes a glimpse of the kingdom to come. May your heart echo the prayer, “Come, Thou long expected Jesus,” and may your waiting be filled with hope, faith, peace, and joy as you look for the King who will make all things new.
