  • 1 - Verses 1:1-14

Paul’s letter to the Colossians is essential to understanding not only Jesus but also why He is all we need to walk through this life confidently– and into the life to come. Colossians isn’t just a book of the Bible, but a letter written from Paul to specific believers.

  • 2 - Verses 1:15-23

All things were created by Jesus and for Jesus. He is the beginning and the origin of everything! He created the cosmos, the world, and everything in it, yet still wants to know us intimately and deeply.

  • 3 - Verses 1:24-2:5

When it comes to Scripture, we must ask questions to ground us in its context. Who was it written to? Who was it written by? Why was it written in the first place? This is invaluable to allowing scripture to speak to us as we are today.

  • 4 - Verses 2:6-16

Everything changes when you decide to give your life to Jesus. But what’s next? In this episode, Louie Giglio considers the four ‘f’s: Follow up, Foundation, Fullness, and Finished Work.

  • 5 - Verses 2:16-23

When we become Christ followers, the interior of our lives has been forever changed. This in turn transforms our exterior– our actions and relationships cannot remain the same after we have been made fully new.

  • 6 - Verses 3:1-17

If Christ has truly changed us, then we are to live into the power of this change. In this episode, Louie Giglio discusses what it looks like to reorient and live to serve the God who saved us.

  • 7 - Verses 3:18-4:1

How does your faith affect the relationships in your life? Does it change the way you treat your friends? Your spouse? What about the people you work with? Though Colossians was written for an ancient culture, it remains incredibly relevant and alive as God’s breath on the page.

  • 8 - Verses 4:2-18

All the redemptive work of Christ has a purpose: that we would walk with God. Prayer is a consciousness of the new reality of life in Christ- we can talk to Him all the time about all things. He longs for this closeness– that we would strive to live our lives with Him.
