1 - Facing the Crowds
23m
Dare to Preach follows Matthias, a Finnish missionary, as he trains local church planters in a region where evangelism is not illegal, but is often life-threatening. In a context marked by hostility, fear, and the real possibility of violence, new believers wrestle with the cost of following Jesus while leaders share stories of beatings, imprisonment, threats, and even martyrdom. Yet in the midst of danger, courage rises. As Matthias teaches these believers to preach publicly, many for the first time, they witness miraculous openness: villages gather, crowds listen, people respond to the gospel, and healing breaks out. Facing the Crowds is a front-line look at a movement awakening and leaders discovering that the fields are ready, the gospel is powerful, and God is calling them to go.
