In each season, we can choose to squander it, or savor it. It’s easy to squander a season—to live in fear, or apathy, or in the tension of what’s to come. It’s far harder to savor the moments, especially when the season is hard and heavy. However, we need to humble ourselves and know that God is God, and we are not. We need to learn to cultivate each season for what it is.
